Where are all your products made?

Everything is made in the UK.

Cards are printed in Brighton

Coasters are made in Scotland

Tea towels are made in Lincolnshire

Notebooks are printed in Buckinghamshire

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Orders usually land the next day if ordered before midday, but no longer than 3 days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is Free on orders over £50.

It is 85p for one card and goes up incrementally, but will never ne more than £3.85

Is Daniel Mackie an award winning artist?

Yes! Although the award was a long time ago and I have got a lot better since  then!

How many stockist have you got?

There are about 400 in the UK and 4 overseas distributers

How do I pay?

At the checkout, just go to your cart and follow item payment instructions.

My order has not arrived, please help.

You can email me, or give me a call on 07808 923371.  I will resolve all issues. sometimes there are unforeseen delays, and sometimes, although rarely things get lost in the post. Let me know and I will get the problem resolved.

What is your refund policy?

No fuss, no drama! Don't like it, To big, to small, not big enough, arrived damaged, lost in the post, etc I will refund you.
